Jade focuses her practice on technology and intellectual property law, with a particular interest in trademark protection, the legal framework governing artificial intelligence, and privacy law. Her background has also led her to contribute to various research projects on artificial intelligence, data governance, and privacy protection within university research centres and specialized organizations. She is currently broadening her pan-Canadian perspective through ongoing studies in North American common law, with a focus on the legal and business considerations that shape clients’ operations across jurisdictions.
Drawing on her experience in private practice and legal research, Jade approaches her work with rigour and sound judgment. Her analytical skills and drafting proficiency enable her to quickly identify complex legal issues and contribute to developing solutions tailored to her clients’ needs.
