Nicolas focuses his practice on business law, particularly mergers and acquisitions. He advises a diverse range of clients on complex transactions, including leveraged buyouts, venture capital investments, corporate reorganizations and changes to their ownership structure. He is also involved in major real estate projects, advising clients on investment structures, financing negotiations and the implementation of commercial agreements. Having started his career in litigation, he brings a complementary perspective that enables him to assist clients with both their transactions and dispute resolution matters.
Approachable and conscientious, Nicolas is known for his pragmatic approach and ability to explain complex legal issues clearly, helping clients make informed decisions. His longstanding involvement on various boards of directors has deepened his understanding of business and organisational realities, allowing him to develop legal strategies tailored to his clients’ objectives.
