Éric Thibaudeau, a partner, co-delivered a presentation on trends in common law and civil law, that canvassed the most important decisions of the last few years and highlighted the nuances and potential impacts of these judgments on practices in the insurance industry.
Mylany David, also a partner and head of the business law group, gave a special presentation on the legal framework for both medicinal and recreational cannabis in Quebec, providing an overview of the applicable legislation allowing participants to better understand the issues involved, and then answered their questions.
