On September 28 from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m., Stefan Chripounoff, partner and commercial litigation lawyer at Langlois Lawyers and president of the Dispute Prevention and Resolution Committee of the Canadian Bar Association – Quebec Division, will take part in an online conference entitled “PRDS to the rescue”.
Speakers Marie-Claude Martel, lawyer at Arnault Thibault Cléroux Avocats and Sophie Truesdell-Ménard, lawyer and mediator will also take part and will discuss the benefits of PRDs, particularly during a pandemic.
