Langlois Lawyers represents IT Chapter and its shareholders in sale to Apside

Langlois Lawyers assisted IT Chapter and its shareholders in its sale to French company Apside. The firm oversaw all aspects of the transaction, including the negotiation of the terms and conditions of the sale and the future involvement of IT Chapter’s founders as President and Vice-President of Apside Montréal.

IT Chapter, a Montréal-based digital transformation firm founded in 2003, grew rapidly through its evolution in the information technology field, with a team of over 70 experienced consultants. The company offered value-added services, customized consulting and accredited training.

Founded in 1976, Apside is a French digital service provider (DSP) offering comprehensive support to its customers, from strategic planning to the implementation of IT and industrial projects, as well as consulting and training services.

Just one year after opening its Montréal office, Apside adds IT Chapter’s complementary services to its own, reinforcing its position as a leading partner for digital transformation as well as expanding its international coverage.
