Langlois Lawyers and Québec International join forces to broach access to Québec’s public procurement contracts with European investors

On November 26, Langlois Lawyers Sébastien Laprise, Jean-Benoît Pouliot and Guillaume François Larouche will join Québec International to present a webinar. The conference will showcase the City of Québec’s business and economic environment, as well as provincial public procurement potential. Ms Michèle Boisvert, Québec’s Delegate General in Paris will deliver the welcome and opening remarks.

The event – in French only – is entitled Accéder aux marchés publics québécois et s’établir dans la Ville de Québec and seeks to highlight opportunities, three years after partial and provisional implementation of the Comprehensive Economic Trade Agreement (CETA), for French and European businesses wishing to establish themselves in the City of Québec and surrounding area. New growth possibilities await businesses who will want to take advantage of public procurement liberalization and are seeking a sustainable and profitable future in North America.
