Marianne Plamondon, MBA, CHRP, focuses her practice on labour and employment law, particularly in the interpretation and application of collective agreements, occupational health and safety, psychological harassment, privacy, pay equity, employment insurance and human rights and freedoms. She frequently handles files involving individual and collective employment and labour relations, as well as unjust dismissal disputes. She also has extensive experience before the civil courts, particularly with respect to non-compete clauses in employment contracts and employees’ duty of loyalty.

The media often solicit Marianne’s expert input on news items involving labour and employment law issues.

She also takes active part in the firm’s internal management and sits on its Board of Directors.
