Andréanne helps develop strategic advice on matters including employment standards, human rights, employee discipline, psychological and sexual harassment in the workplace, labour disputes, and the negotiation and interpretation of collective agreements. Andréanne, who has a keen interest in litigation, also holds a degree in industrial relations and is a member of the Québec Order of Certified Human Resources Professionals.
