Andréanne Foisy-Chrispin is a member of our Labour and Employment Law group, where she is actively involved in a wide range of matters, with a particular interest in litigation. She helps develop strategic advice on matters including employment standards, human rights, employee discipline, psychological and sexual harassment in the workplace, labour disputes, and the negotiation and interpretation of collective agreements.

Prior to joining our team, Andréanne practised at a firm specializing in insurance law and civil litigation. In addition to her law degree, Andréanne holds a degree in industrial relations and is a member of the Québec Order of Certified Human Resources Professionals.

During her legal studies, Andréanne was involved in various committees, including as a board member of her student association and as a member of the labour law committee. She also served as a law student at the Community Legal Information Centre of Montérégie.

Andréanne practises law in both French and English.
