Tina Hobday to speak at the Association of Canadian Pension Management (ACPM) National Conference

Tina Hobday, a partner at Langlois Lawyers and Chair of the Quebec Regional Council of ACPM, will participate in the 2021 ACPM National Conference.

On September 14, Tina Hobday will be moderating a workshop on several key legal issues facing Canadian pension plan sponsors and administrators. The panellists will be Level Chan, a partner at Stewart McKelvey in Halifax, and Danelle Parkinson, Director of Advocacy and Legal Services at the Ontario Pension Board.

The following day, Tina will participate in a conversation between members of ACPM’s Quebec Regional Council and representatives of Retraite Québec. The objective will be to discuss various initiatives to build the retirement system of tomorrow.

The 2021 ACPM National Conference will present important issues and challenges for retirement income professionals and the millions of plan members they serve. The theme for 2021, “Optimism, Evolution & Reinvention: Finding the Road to Recovery and Retirement”, reflects the resilience demonstrated by so many people over the past 18 months.
