Marie-Hélène Jetté interviewed about COVID-19 vaccination in the workplace in Canadian Lawyer Magazine

Langlois lawyer and partner Marie-Hélène Jetté, who also heads the labour and employment law group, was recently interviewed by Canadian Lawyer Magazine. She was asked if  employers can require proof of vaccination from employees.

If the workplace or job requires that the employee be vaccinated, asking for proof of vaccination would not be discriminatory, says Marie-Hélène Jetté, head of the labour and employment law group for Langlois Lawyers in Montreal, with some exceptions provided for in human rights legislation.”
