Langlois is pleased to welcome two new lawyers to its Montréal office.
Antoine Hamel Rancourt joined the business law group in October. His practice is focused on commercial, corporate and technology law. He drafts and negotiates various agreements involving the commercialization of all types of products, services and technology assets, such as service agreements, licenses, software agreements, as well as other IT-related transactional instruments. He advises businesses on issues in connection with privacy and the protection of intellectual property assets. Antoine is also involved in a number of corporate transactions such as the acquisitions of securities and the sales and acquisitions of businesses.
Camille Pichette joined the litigation and insurance law team in November. Camille practises mainly in the areas of insurance law and manufacturer liability. She has also gained experience in the fields of construction law and hidden defects. As part of her duties, Camille represents clients before all civil courts in Québec. She began her career in the litigation department of a major financial and insurance group, where she honed her skills in recourse claims by way of subrogation.
