Litigation – Seizure in Revendication

Urgent court proceeding on behalf of an unpaid vendor who no longer had access to the goods sold, in order to obtain an order of seizure-in-revendication allowing the seller to retake the goods wherever they may be. The order included the right to seize bank accounts so as to withhold the amount of a bank draft never delivered to the seller. This mandate involved drafting several proceedings in a very short timeframe, as well as representations before the Court in order to obtain the search orders sought.
