Supreme Court of Canada: the Constitution guarantees availability of legality review of every aspect of an administrative decision
The Supreme Court of Canada unanimously confirmed the existence of a constitutional guarantee of judicial review of the legality of administrative decisions in a landmark decision for Canadian public law, which reinforces the rule of law and reaffirms the role of the courts within our constitutional order.
