National Conference on Class Actions: Recent Developments in Québec, in Canada and in the U.S. (2017)

Vincent de l’Étoile will be a panellist at the upcoming Quebec Bar conference on class actions, to be held on March 23 and 24 at the Palais des congrès, the Montreal convention centre. The theme of his workshop is Quebec’s new Code of Civil Procedure: a review and discussion of year one, during which specific aspects of the reform of the Code of Civil Procedure involving class actions will be canvassed.
