
Marianne Plamondon
Lawyer, Partner - Montréal
Marianne Plamondon, MBA, CHRP, is a partner in the Montréal office of Langlois Lawyers and is also a member of the firm’s Board of Directors. She specializes in labour and employment law, particularly in the interpretation and application of collective agreements, occupational health and safety, psychological harassment, the protection of personal information, pay equity, employment insurance and human rights. She has been active in several files involving individual and collective employment and labour relations, and unjust dismissal disputes. She also has extensive experience before the civil courts, particularly in matters involving restrictive covenants in employment contracts and the obligation of loyalty of employees.
Marianne is frequently interviewed by the media on news items involving labour and employment law issues.
