Mario Langlois is the founder lawyer of the firm Mario Langlois Lawyer Corp., legal and business counsel and mediator.

He works primarily in business law, technology and he is accredited mediator in civil, commercial and labour law. His practice focuses in the following areas: commercial contracts, technology, mergers & acquisitions, real estate, commercial leases, incorporation, mediation, advertising, marketing & Web, Privacy and consumer protection.

Mario began his practice as a lawyer in the civil and commercial litigation group of a large firm in Montréal and then in 1990, he worked in the legal department of a major Canadian banks until 2008 as chief counsel. He subsequently founded his own firm. He also provided the Banking and Canadian Payments course at the McGill University Law Faculty and has lectured on various topics such as business law, technology of Information, Marketing and Communications.

He serves on numerous boards and is actively involved in the community. It is also Chairman of the Association des propriétaires et résidants de L’Île-des-Sœurs, co-founder & vice president of the Quebec Tesla Club Tesla and co-founder & vice president of the Coalition zero emission Quebec.
