Louis Lafleur is a lawyer in the labour and employment group in Langlois lawyer’s Montréal office.
In his practice he primarily advises employers on all matters pertaining to labour and employment law, including issues inherent in both individual and collective labour relations, administrative investigations, occupational health and safety, and employment-related litigation. He is also experienced in drafting contracts, as well as legal proceedings presented before courts, administrative tribunals and grievance arbitrators.
Louis serves a broad client base ranging from family-owned businesses, small to mid-sized enterprises to large corporations, in all sectors and industries.
