Louis Lafleur, CHRP, is a member of the Labour and Employment Law Group in our Montréal office.

A practical business advisor, Louis is recognized for his capacity to find solutions which respond to the operational needs of each of his clients. He advises employers on all aspects of labour and employment law, including individual and collective labour relations with respect to employment disputes as well as disciplinary and administrative measures, the drafting of contracts and work policies, and the preparation of pleadings for courts of original general jurisdiction.

Louis regularly advises contractors and clients on all matters relating to the construction industry’s regulatory authorities, such as the Commission de la construction du Québec and the Régie du bâtiment du Québec. Clients also request his assistance for penal infractions prosecuted by the CNESST.
