Elizabeth Latulippe Bresolin is an insurance lawyer in the Litigation group. She focuses her practice on professional liability in real estate, construction and health matters. Recognized for her soft skills, Elizabeth always has her clients’ needs and interests at heart. Her clients appreciate her ability to listen, availability, and attention to detail in all facets of her work.

Many insurers and institutional clients request her services in connection with civil liability actions. She is called upon to analyze the risks of a claim in a concise, accurate and detailed manner. In addition, she sometimes acts for her clients in subrogatory proceedings. She leverages her creativity to make sound use of judicial resources and advocates alternative dispute resolution methods when required.

Thanks to her bijural and bilingual education, she worked as a legal reviewer at the Competition Tribunal in Ottawa during her law studies, in addition to being a member of three student associations. She has been committed to various causes since her student days, and is currently a member of the Continuing Legal Education Committee of the Young Bar of Montréal, of the Association of Insurance Women and of the Suicide Prevention Centre of Montréal.

She is often called upon to write articles on current legal affairs, and acts as a mentor to the firm’s junior lawyers and articling students. She also sits on several of the firm’s internal committees.
