

Reynald Auger
PartnerReynald Auger has been in private practice for a number of years now, after spending the initial years of his career in the legal department of a major Québec financial institution.
He has in-depth experience in the area of security for indebtedness, and represents a number of Québec financial institutions in that regard.
His practical experience in the financial area makes him highly appreciated by his clients thanks to his ready grasp of the issues and stakes involved in a given situation, and his ability to guide clients towards the solution that best responds to their needs.
Reynald also advises his clients in general litigation matters. He has appeared before all levels of the courts and several times before courts of appeal, including the Supreme Court of Canada.
In addition, he has successfully appealed several assessments and recovery initiatives by tax authorities.
