(TGOD), a leading producer of premium certified organically grown cannabis, in the sale of the majority of the assets of its Quebec subsidiary Medican Organic Inc. in Valleyfield (industrial and agricultural land, greenhouses, support buildings and related equipment) to Cannara Biotech Inc.
