Angela Kosciuk concentrates her practice on Mergers and Acquisitions (M&As), financing, corporate governance, corporate and commercial law, and ESG/sustainability. She represents a diverse clientele that ranges from startups to multinational corporations. She is adept at navigating the legal complexities of different jurisdictions.
Angela’s client-centric approach revolves around building lasting relationships founded on competence and trust. On a practical level, she accompanies clients with their overall corporate, contractual and transactional needs. On a more strategic level, she assists boards of directors and senior management in making informed decisions that encompass strategic foresight, mitigate risks, enhance corporate governance and safeguard the interests of stakeholders.
As a passionate advocate for sustainable practices, Angela helps businesses and their boards comply with existing and emerging ESG regulations and standards, develop transparent and comprehensive reporting mechanisms, draft and review policies, provide ongoing education and training, and incorporate ESG considerations into commercial practices, including due diligence and supply chain analysis.
Previously, Angela worked as in-house counsel for a private company, an experience that contributes to her ongoing desire and ability to provide legal solutions that align with the business goals of her clients.
