Audrey Dubé
ParalegalAudrey Dubé is a paralegal in the Business Law group. She assists with the preparation and drafting of legal documents, file management and various stages of business transactions. She also conducts legal and due diligence research, and analyzes and maintains corporate books.
Audrey’s responsibilities include: coordinating the closing and post-closing stages of transactions; drafting documents for the incorporation, amendment, merger, and dissolution of companies; and assisting with the drafting of documents for the reorganization, acquisition, and sale of companies (shares and assets). She also handles files related to setting up financing arrangements. This involves preparing the necessary documentation, registering security interests, searching various public registers—e.g. the Register of Personal and Movable Real Rights, Land Register of Québec, court records, and the Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy of Canada—and analyzing the results.
Audrey brings strong organizational skills, rigour, and a proactive approach to her work, collaborating closely with lawyers, notaries, accountants, tax specialists, financial institutions, and other stakeholders—always with a strong commitment to client service.
