On December 9, Langlois will host Innovations en matière de PRD (Innovations in DPR) in its offices. This lunchtime conference is presented by the Canadian Bar Association’s Dispute Resolution Section, chaired by our colleague and partner Stefan Chripounoff. It will also be offered in webinar format.
The conference will introduce participants to several innovative tools, including interim arbitration in construction and other fields, accelerated arbitration, case management arbitration and small claims arbitration.
