

Antoine Brylowski
PartnerAntoine Brylowski is a lawyer in the firm's Litigation group. He focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation, particularly in the areas of banking, securities, product liability, professional liability and class actions.
In addition to having extensive experience pleading before all levels of Québec courts, Antoine frequently advises and assists clients in connection with urgent and extraordinary remedies aimed at recovering assets or confidential and personal information following cybersecurity incidents (Anton Piller orders, Mareva injunctions, Norwich orders and seizures before judgment).
He also defends a variety of financial services sector stakeholders in civil and disciplinary matters.
Antoine advises corporations and individuals in connection with regulatory and penal investigations. He has acted and represented clients in regulatory investigations involving seizures, searches, restraint orders, charges and penal or administrative court proceedings.

- Represented a technology officer of a reporting issuer in the mining industry in connection with an investigation by the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) into suspected tipping and insider trading.
- Represented officers and corporations operating in the area of crypto-assets in connection with investigations by the AMF (Autorité des marchés financiers) and subsequent proceedings.
- Represented various financial institutions in connection with extraordinary remedies aimed at obtaining Mareva injunctions, Norwich orders or seizures before judgment and damages.
