The Honourable Louis LeBel (LL.L., LL.M.) Joins Our Team as Counsel

Montréal, May 5th, 2015 – Law firm Langlois Kronström Desjardins (LKD) is extremely pleased to announce that recently retired Supreme Court of Canada Justice the Honourable Louis LeBel is joining the firm as counsel.

Mr. LeBel, who began his judicial career at the Quebec Court of Appeal, has been very involved over the years with the Quebec Bar. Recipient of both the Medal of the Quebec City Bar and the Medal of the Quebec Bar, he has also been vice president and president (Bâtonnier) of the Quebec Bar. A former guest lecturer at the University of Ottawa and Laval University, he is co-author of the prominent treatise on Quebec labour law entitled “Le droit du travail en vigueur au Québec”.

Highly regarded by the entire legal community, he will be a major asset for the entire team of professionals at LKD and their clients.
