Langlois Workshop | Preparing for new privacy legislation in Quebec

On January 13, Langlois partner and lawyer Caroline Deschênes and lawyer Marie-Pier Desmeules presented an online workshop to Québec business owners and managers who are responsible for safeguarding personal data.

This is in preparation for the implementation of Bill 64, An Act to Modernize Legislative Provisions Respecting the Protection of Personal Information and Bill 11, an Act to enact the Consumer Privacy Protection Act and the Personal Information and Data Protection Tribunal Act and to make consequential and related amendments to other Acts.
