Langlois Lawyers welcomes new business law partner, Étienne Lacoursière

Langlois is thrilled to announce the arrival of partner Étienne Lacoursière who joins the firm’s business law group in Montréal.

Étienne, who has been practising commercial and corporate law for close to two decades, provides his clients with valuable business insights as well as strategic corporate guidance. He also negotiates and drafts a wide variety of commercial agreements and conventions.

While leading and supporting multidisciplinary teams in complex matters encompassing a wide range of legal questions, Étienne can draw on his many years of experience in the private sector to propose concrete solutions, much to the appreciation of his clients and their partners.
