The Firm Welcomes Jean-Benoit Pouliot

Montréal, March 21, 2014 – Law firm Langlois Kronström Desjardins is proud to welcome to its Quebec City office a new lawyer specialized in administrative litigation and public law, with an emphasis on public procurement and environmental law, Jean-Benoit Pouliot.

Before joining the firm, Jean-Benoit was a researcher at the Québec Court of Appeal and previously worked as a lawyer with The Ministère de la Justice (department of justice) and in the legal department of The Ministère du Développement durable, de l’Environnement, de la Faune et des Parcs.

He is the author of a book on the qualitative evaluation of offers made in connection with contracts prepared by public organizations, entitled “Contrats des organismes publics – L’évaluation qualitative des offres”, CCH, 2013.
