The Firm Names Five New Partners

Montréal, January 8, 2013 – Law firm Langlois Kronström Desjardins is pleased to announce the nomination of five new partners. Jean-Philippe Beaudry, Gabrielle Brochu, Stefan Chripounoff, Jean Patrick Dallaire and Nathalie Dubé are joining the 46 other partners of the firm.

Jean-Philippe Beaudry (Quebec City)

Jean-Philippe Beaudry practices civil litigation, particularly in the fields of insurance and civil & professional liability. He works primarily for insurers, representing them in claims involving insurance coverage and civil & professional liability issues.

He has also acquired expertise in regulatory compliance issues in the fields of insurance and the distribution of financial products & services.

Gabrielle Brochu (Montréal)

Gabrielle Brochu works mainly in civil and commercial litigation, insurance law, professional liability, and disciplinary issues. In the course of her practice, she has represented insurers, businesses, and professionals before civil, administrative, and disciplinary courts and tribunals. She has also been involved in class action suits.

Stefan Chripounoff (Montréal)

Stefan Chripounoff is a member of the firm’s civil & commercial litigation group as well as the firm’s insolvency and corporate restructuring group. Having argued before all judicial instances, he has represented a wide variety of clients, including individuals, shareholders, corporations, institutional clients and public companies. Stefan has also acted in a number of lengthy and complicated commercial arbitrations.

Jean Patrick Dallaire (Quebec City)

Jean Patrick Dallaire has been a member of our civil and commercial litigation group since 2003. He has developed a considerable expertise in a number of areas, particularly in injunction and construction law matters, which has led him to give frequent conference presentations to associations in the construction industry.

Nathalie Dubé (Quebec City)

Nathalie Dubé is a litigator practicing mainly in the insurance and professional & disciplinary law fields. Her areas of expertise are analysis and drafting, as well as making representations before civil and disciplinary courts and tribunals. Her disciplinary law expertise led her to co-author, with other lawyers from the firm, a summary of professional law that was published in 2007.
