Langlois advises entrepreneurs on their business acquisitions

Langlois Lawyers advised the buyers in the context of two recently completed business transfers, namely:

• the acquisition of all the shares of Multi-Services Roy Inc., a company specialized in laser metal cutting;
  
  
• the acquisition of all the shares of Pavillon Turcotte, a company operating an intermediate resource residence (now known as Maison La Récolte).
