Gerry Apostolatos gives a presentation at the American Bankruptcy Institute’s Cross-Border Program

Gerry Apostolatos, a partner at Langlois Lawyers, gave a presentation on major jurisdictional issues at the American Bankruptcy Institute’s Cross-Border Insolvency Program event in New York City on November 14, 2016. 

Gerry’s presentation dealt specifically with practical and legal issues encountered in cross-border fraud cases involving creditors and their assets in multiple jurisdictions. 

This high-profile conference attracted a large number of bankruptcy practitioners and other stakeholders from around the world, and was another excellent opportunity to showcase Langlois Lawyers’ expertise in cross-border insolvency matters.
