Fanny van Bochove

Fanny van Bochove is a paralegal and is part of the business law group at the Montréal office of Langlois Lawyers.
She assists lawyers in different areas of practice, namely in real estate and commercial law. She performs various legal tasks, including searches and registrations at provincial and federal government registers. She drafts the reports required in support of legal opinions issued by the firm.
She also supports lawyers with the drafting of loan agreements, subordination agreements, cessions of rank, deeds including immovable and movable hypothecs, lease notices, consents to cadastral modification and discharges. She reviews certificates of location and title reports.
Fanny also provides support to lawyers from the corporate law group, with regard to drafting resolutions and officers’ certificates, preparing corporate opinions issued by the firm and any other related task.
