Mathilde Rochefort is a lawyer in Langlois Lawyers’ Montréal office. As a member of the litigation group, she practices primarily in the areas of professional liability, insurance law and construction law.
In this capacity she represents professionals, insurance companies, contractors and various stakeholders in the construction industry before all levels of Quebec’s civil courts. Favouring a personal approach when it comes to dealing with her clients, she is committed to defending their rights and interests while being aware of their business strategy and seeing them through any dispute resolution.
While she was completing her law studies at university, she obtained an integrated Bachelor’s degree from Université Laval, majoring in both Public Relations and International Affairs. She also holds a graduate diploma specializing in International Law and has completed the graduate Business Law short programme at Université de Montréal.
