Geneviève Plante, CHRP, is a lawyer in the labour and employment law group in the Montréal office of Langlois lawyers.
She assists clients and colleagues in analyzing a broad range of legal matters, including interpreting and applying collective agreements and employment contracts and applying disciplinary measures, as well as with issues relating to labour standards, occupational health and safety, employment termination, and human rights and freedoms. She also has experience in drafting employment contracts and writs to be presented before courts, administrative bodies and grievance arbitrators.
While at university, Geneviève worked as a law student at Quebec’s Administrative Labour Tribunal from 2012 to 2014.
