Geneviève Plante, CHRP, is a lawyer in the labour and employment law group in the Montréal office of Langlois Lawyers. 

She assists clients and colleagues in analyzing a broad range of legal matters, including interpreting and applying collective agreements and employment contracts and applying disciplinary measures, as well as with issues relating to labour standards, employment termination, human rights and freedoms and non-competition obligations. She also has experience in drafting employment contracts, procedures and human resources management policies. In close collaboration with her colleagues, Geneviève is actively involved in research, strategy development, preparation and hearing of disputes before various tribunals and courts. 

While at university, Geneviève worked as a law student at Quebec’s Administrative Labour Tribunal from 2012 to 2014.
