Lucie Marcoux

Lucie Marcoux is a paralegal in the insurance law group at the Montréal office of Langlois Lawyers.

Lucie has extensive experience in civil litigation and works in insurance law, health law, commercial litigation and construction law. Over the past years, she has worked on several major cases and has acquired significant proficiency in public inquiries, class actions, fraud and injunctions.

As part of her role, she assists lawyers in various tasks leading to the completion of judicial or investigative files, which involve monitoring procedural deadlines, drafting correspondence, procedures (including out-of-court settlement documents) and reports, fact-finding and document management, summarizing interrogations, investigation files, expert reports, etc., following up on requests for pre-undertakings and undertakings, and preparing cases for pre-trial and trial.
