Olivier Drapeau

Olivier Drapeau is a member of the Civil and Commercial Litigation group at our Montréal office. His focus is mainly on contractual and extracontractual liability, securities litigation, especially with respect to cryptocurrency products, product liability and telecommunications law.

Olivier joined the firm as a law student in 2021 and completed his articling in 2023.

During his law studies at Université de Montréal, he was actively involved in various faculty committees. He also worked closely with a community organization that helps Montréalers navigate legal issues.

Olivier practises law in French and English.
