Jean-Bernard Dehaut is a partner in the litigation group at Langlois Lawyers’ Montréal office. His practice focuses mainly on construction law.

As part of his practice, Jean-Bernard deals with various types of claims involving surety bonds, legal hypothecs and other construction work disputes. Whenever possible, Jean-Bernard will seek ways to prevent future litigation potentially arising from similar causes.

Additionally, Jean-Bernard acts on contractual and regulatory matters, including licensing issues. He is a member of multiple construction industry associations.

He represents many stakeholders from the construction industry, including general contractors and a number of subcontractors.
