Michael Corriveau

Michael Corriveau focuses his practice on business law, particularly reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, new business start-ups and financing, as well as the drafting and negotiation of various types of contracts. He advises clients across many different industries and has been involved in an array of major restaurant sector acquisitions.

Prior to joining the firm, Michael practised business law at other national law firms.
