Celya Belayadi

Celya Belayadi practises tax law in the business law group at Langlois Lawyers.
Celya meets the tax and corporate needs of her clients, particularly in matters of tax litigation, will and estate planning, trusts, tax planning for businesses and individuals, corporate reorganization and international taxation.
Celya graduated from the University of Sherbrooke with her Bachelor of Laws degree as well as a Specialized Graduate Diploma in common law. Celya also holds a Master of Laws in taxation from HEC Montréal. She joined the firm as an articling student in 2021. Prior to joining Langlois Lawyers, Celya worked in taxation for an accounting firm.
She practises law in English and in French.
