Joanie Baker

Joanie Baker is a lawyer in the business law group at Langlois Lawyers’ Québec City office.

In her practice, Joanie works on various files, including drafting corporate documents and commercial contracts such as shareholder agreements and purchase and sale agreements. She also participates in corporate and project financing transactions.

She joined the firm as a Québec Bar School articling student in 2021. During her university studies, Joanie worked as a law student in the legal services department of a Canada-wide corporation, where she acquired knowledge in corporate and commercial law.

Joanie practises law in English and French.
