Fanny van Bochove

Fanny van Bochove is a paralegal in the Business Law group, in the areas of real estate, infrastructure and energy law.

She takes active part in preparing and concluding various commercial transactions, including real estate financing, and assists lawyers in different areas of practice. She examines various public registers such as the land register and the movable rights register, drafts due diligence reports (summary reports on titles and preparation of legal opinions issued by lawyers), and drafts transactional documents (deeds of sale, deeds of hypothec, and all related documents).

She also assists lawyers in drafting loan agreements, subordination agreements, cessions of rank, deeds including immovable and movable hypothecs, notices of lease, consents to cadastral modification and discharges, and in implementing servitudes. She analyzes certificates of location and reviews title reports issued by other firms.

Fanny also supports lawyers from the Corporate Law group in drafting resolutions and officers’ certificates, preparing opinions issued by lawyers, and executing any other related task.
