Rose-Marie Huot-Beaumont’s practice focuses on business law. She regularly assists in transactions involving business acquisitions and sales, reorganizations, financial restructuring and corporate financing, and drafts a wide range of commercial agreements.

Prior to joining Langlois Lawyers, Rose-Marie served as a manager of legal services for a major accounting firm and practised law with an international law firm.
