Delphine Grou
LawyerDelphine Grou focuses her practice on transactional matters, especially mergers and acquisitions. She has taken part in numerous transactions, including in the artificial intelligence and aerospace sectors. She drafts various corporate documents and commercial agreements.
Delphine completed a Master of Laws at the Queen Mary University of London in 2024. This outstanding educational opportunity allowed her to expand her corporate law knowledge and learn about British and European practices with respect to data protection, mergers and acquisitions, and intellectual property protection. She leverages this experience in each of her mandates.
Thanks to her time in London, Delphine offers fluent legal services in English and French and has developed a keen interest in cross-border transactions.
In particular, Delphine has served the following clients:
- Cerba HealthCare International, a French multinational in the pharmaceutical sector, during its acquisition by CIRION BioPharma Research Inc., a Québec-based corporation specializing in clinical trials.
- Garda World, in a private placement of US$400M.
- French government railway operator SNCF in the sale of all its shares in ExPretio Technologies Inc. to Constellation Software.
