Marie-Laurence Goyette is a lawyer in the Litigation group. She focuses her practice on various aspects of commercial and civil law, particularly commercial litigation, privacy and the protection of personal information, white-collar crime, administrative law and construction law.

She represents and advises public and private corporations before various civil courts and tribunals, including in connection with extraordinary remedies. Marie-Laurence is also called upon to provide strategic advice in matters involving compliance and governance in the areas of technology and data protection. She practises law in French and English.

During her studies, she worked at McGill University’s Paul-André Crépeau Centre for Private and Comparative Law, participated in the Warren K. Winkler Class Actions Moot and completed an internship at the Civil Division of the Court of Québec.
