Aurélie Gauthier focuses her practice on commercial litigation, insolvency, public contracts and administrative law. Her clients appreciate her strategic vision and trust her to represent them both in negotiations and in litigation before various courts and tribunals.

Before joining the firm, she practised administrative and penal litigation for a financial regulator, which gave her a thorough understanding of the ins and outs of regulating various financial market players in Québec, especially in the insurance sector.
