Marie-Alexandra Francou is a member of the firm's Labour and Employment Law group.

She regularly appears before labour law courts such as arbitration tribunals and the Administrative Labour Tribunal, as well as before ordinary courts. She assists her colleagues in multiple areas of labour law, including individual and collective labour relations, labour standards and psychological harassment.

During her Bachelor of Law studies, Marie-Alexandra distinguished herself in the Laskin moot court competition in constitutional and administrative Law, ranking as one of the top oralists and being on one of the top teams.

Before entering law school, she completed a Bachelor’s degree in music and a Master’s in musicology, then taught at the college level.
