Olivier Drapeau focuses his practice on civil and commercial litigation. He acts in regulatory, commercial, and contractual disputes across various legal areas such as telecommunications law. Also, he represents companies and individuals in regulatory and criminal investigations involving securities, notably those related to cryptocurrency products.

During his law studies at Université de Montréal, he was actively involved in various faculty committees. He also worked closely with a community organization that helps Montréalers navigate legal issues.
