Justin Dépatie
PartnerJustin Dépatie has been a lawyer at the firm since the start of his career in 2001. He practises in the Civil and Commercial Litigation group, particularly in banking, bankruptcy and insolvency law. His know-how is sought out by financial institutions, licensed insolvency trustees, creditors and businesses contemplating restructuring.
Justin also advises an entrepreneurial clientele on various issues that may arise in the course of their activities, particularly as regards real estate litigation, the acquisition or sale of a business, and financing. He collaborates with his clients in the drafting and analysis of various commercial contracts they must conclude in their spheres of activity, such as commercial leases, services contracts and distribution agreements.
