Guillaume Crête
LawyerGuillaume Crête focuses his practice on public law and commercial litigation, particularly in connection with litigation arising from the award and performance of public contracts.
He is also part of the Construction and Infrastructure group, where he analyzes and drafts tender documents and handles a range of compliance, procurement, professional services, construction and project management issues, regardless of how the project was awarded.
He advises his clients on preparing contract documents, analyzing bids, and ensuring co-contractor performance.
Before joining the firm, Guillaume practised with a regulatory body responsible for Québec public contracting, where he developed his skills in administrative investigations and public law. He also participated in major investigations that put an end to material breaches of the normative framework for Québec public bodies and their co-contractors.
